It is with great pleasure that we write to you in recommendation of Allison. Allison began working for our family in December 2010. She is friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and not afraid to take on a challenge.
Allison along with one other team member of the Pink Baby Nurses has been taking care of our Quintuplets. Our babies were born four months premature. Allison began with us after the Quints had been home for approximately 3 weeks. At that time, the Quints were at a newborn level. Allison has become a trusted friend and professional while providing the highest level of care to all five of our babies. It needs to be stressed that taking care of high order multiples is a very difficult task. My wife is a Pediatric RN and I’m a Paramedic/ Firefighter, so as healthcare professionals, we know what is required for the Quints needs. Allison has absolutely met all of those needs. During her 10-12 hour shifts, her responsibilities include feeding babies, preparing bottles, management of oral medications, providing baths, changing diapers, calming and quieting the babies, responding to apnea alarms, light housekeeping, and most importantly allowing us a break and the piece of mind that all five of our miracles are safe and being taken care of. My wife and I would strongly recommend Allison for a position of providing baby care. The only regard I have in making this recommendation is that we will lose a valued member of our team. As anyone with children can attest to, once you find someone who does a good job and you can trust with the most precious thing in your life, you just don’t want to see that person leave.

Hi Danielle~ I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your services. When I first called, you were so nice and understanding. I knew at that moment that things were going to change for the better. I was out of my mind tired from the countless nights I was up with my 4th child Kevin. He was so much different that my other three. They were all sleeping through the night by 2 or 3 months. Kevin had so much trouble sleeping because he had a series of painful ear infections starting at 3 months (when he had just started sleeping through the night).
You immediately hooked me up with Rachel who is like angel on earth. She is so sweet and thoughtful. She put my mind at ease and was very confident that she could help us get Kevin to sleep all night. We talked on the phone and then she came to our house to meet Kevin and talk to us about how sleep training works. Talking to her was like visiting with an old friend. All of my kids loved her immediately! She even brought each of them a little present which was so thoughtful.
Kevin was scheduled for ear tubes the following week. Rachel offered to come and stay for a few nights before the surgery just to take care of him and comfort him at night. We were not ready to let him cry because we knew he was in pain. It was such a relief to finally sleep at night and know he was okay. Kevin was not the type of baby that just woke up a few times and would go back to sleep. He was much worse. He either woke up several times or woke up at 2 or 3am and was up for hours. We never knew going to bed what he was going to do that night. It was awful!
Rachel and I talked or communicated through texts everyday. She became more than a baby nurse to us, she was more like a friend. I felt so comfortable talking to her and she had such a positive attitude. I really needed the encouragement at that time. I was so nervous about the surgery. I was also pretty skeptical about sleep training but was willing to try anything because it was getting hard to function every day and take care of my other kids.
After the surgery and recovery, we were finally ready to start sleep training. I thought it would take forever but Rachel said 3-6 days was the average time. The first 3 nights were horrible! He was up a lot and it didn’t seem to be working. I thought we were doomed to never sleep again. On the forth night, magic!!! He went from being up several hours to sleeping 11 hours at night. The goal for Rachel was 12 hours at night but we were thrilled to get 11. She gave us some tips to get us that extra hour.
I was so nervous that it was just a fluke but we are now 2 weeks out from sleep training and he is still sleeping! He was always a pretty happy baby but now he is smiling and laughing all the time. He must feel so good now that he is getting consistent sleep at night. Once in awhile we will hear him at night but he is able to soothe himself back to sleep. It is wonderful!
I highly recommend Rachel as a baby nurse. She is kind, thoughtful, dependable, smart and very flexible. I was happy it worked so fast but I also miss having her around. I wish I had known about her with my first three kids! Thanks again for everything! You changed our life for the better.

I am writing this letter in regard to Allie, who worked for us as a newborn care specialist between July 2010 and February 2011.
My wife and I had twins, a boy, and a girl, in July 2010 and we are both full-time working professionals. They were born at around 36 weeks. Allie did an outstanding job at taking care of our twins. She has such a great deal of knowledge in how to care for newborn babies and she is also excellent at relating to the babies in a way that puts them at ease when she is around. She is always looking for ways to make things better and had numerous helpful suggestions for us including changing feeding times so they could get more calories, changing the type of feeding bottle, changing formula, and putting them to bed at the time where they could get the most sleep. She also has the friendliest and approachable personality, making it easy to have open and honest discussions about the care of the babies, which I feel is extremely important. She really did show such a tremendous deal of compassion for both the babies and towards meeting the needs of my wife and I as parents and she is just a real pleasure to be around.
I would definitely recommend Allie to anyone who is looking to hire a newborn specialist or nanny to care for their children.

Letter of recommendation for Danielle and PINK Baby Specialists:
I am so happy to be able to recommend Danielle and her team at PINK. My husband and I contacted Danielle before our first baby was born via C-section in October 2010. Danielle came over for a face to face interview and immediately we liked her. We decided to hire her for 5 weeks.
Danielle started the night after we came home from the hospital. She would arrive promptly at 9 pm and begin work immediately. She would make sure I was hydrated, answer any questions that I had, and help me with breast feeding. She would recommend products and techniques that made my life easier and my baby happier. Every night Danielle would journal when the baby was changed, when she would eat, sleep and any other information I needed to know. It was nice to know that someone was watching my baby sleep while I was sleeping and healing. We never heard her while she worked at night!
Danielle got our baby on a sleep schedule and to this day, she sleeps like a champ.
I must admit that on the first night, for the first 15 minutes, it was weird lying in bed knowing that my newborn baby was in a bassinet in our guest room with someone else taking care of her. Then I woke up 9 hours later, refreshed, with a happy, clean, well fed baby that I was better able to take care of during the day. I looked forward to 9pm and Danielle’s arrival every evening. I would recommend this service to everyone. It really helped me and my husband adjust to life with a newborn.
– First Time Mom to a Beautiful Daughter
This letter is in reference to Allison, who has been my twin’s baby nurse since they were born. Allison arrived a few days after my children were born and was with us for a total of 25 weeks. As I write this recommendation for Allison, I cannot express enough how grateful and appreciative I am for all that she did for both my whole family and me.
My husband and I are both well-educated professionals in the medical field and thought that we could handle the pressure and stress of raising two twin babies by ourselves. However, my twins were my first children and everything was new to me so with little experience with babies, I agreed to find a baby nurse. We were so lucky to find such a trustworthy, wonderful, and calming person.
Allison would arrive every night/day on time and would be ready to care for the baby or to sit and talk with me for hours at times when I was having a rough time. Allison did so many things to not only educate us, but to support our family through the first tough weeks of bringing our newborns home. There were many people that came into our home with knowledge, but Allison was by far the most knowledgeable, compatible, understanding, and thorough person when it comes to our children’s lives that we have came acrossed until this day. Allison was always making sure that I was rested, assisted in breastfeeding, and even helped me go shopping for most baby products as my children got older, on a regular basis.
In regards to the care of our infants, she is by far the most relaxed, caring, patient, smart person I have ever met. Allison took care of every aspect of their care during the entire time spent with my children. One of Allison’s best qualities how equally loves and affectionate she was towards both of my babies. She treated my children the way that I treated them, and I was so grateful to see my children being so loved and cared for in the manner that Allison did. When I think of a care-giving coming into my home I expected someone to do all the duties of a caregiver but Allison went above and beyond her duties. She was able to schedule their day while she kept detailed records, so that by the time she left I knew every aspect of my children’s day/night. I felt like no question or concern was inexcusable and her knowledge of the care for children is unsurpassed. If I ever have a question about my children, I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and call her, because I know she will talk things through with me and help me by suggestions, or a greater understanding of my doubt or concerns. You would think that in the numerous weeks she was with us that the twins would take all of her time, but somehow Allison also found time to help with the cooking meals, doing laundry, and doing household choirs. I trust her completely and feel that I can leave my twins in her care with no worries.
She comes highly regarded, as well as recommended. Allison is one of a kind, a true professional, a wonderful caregiver and a friend. I recommend her fully and feel truly lucky that she came into our lives. We were so lucky to have found such a trustworthy, wonderful, and calming person who has put an impact on our family forever.

This letter is to recommend Danielle for employment as a baby nurse.
As first time parents we knew very little about babies especially twins. To make our experience into parenthood more relaxing and enjoyable we needed a baby nurse to help us.
Our twins, William and James came seven weeks early on December 2nd, 2008. Danielle arrived on December 4th 2008 and spent 10 days in the NICU caring for the boys and getting everything ready for their homecoming.
Danielle came back on January 1st 2009 when we knew exactly when the boys would be discharged from the hospital. We then left straight away to the airport for our 24 hour journey home to Dubai. Danielle made sure that we had everything possible that we might need on this trip. I was very nervous since both boys were coming home on Apnea Monitors and flying such a long distance. Needless to say Danielle was there to relax me and tell me everything would be fine, the boys slept almost the entire flight!!
Once we arrived home safely in Dubai, Danielle rearranged the boy’s nursery, scheduled doctor’s appointments for their immunizations, and got the boys settled in very quickly. Danielle taught us so many things about feeding, burping, bathing, dressing and keeping our babies happy and healthy. Our confidence in our own parenting abilities has grown enormously. Watching Danielle interact with our babies is a pleasure. Her manner is calm and relaxed, whether giving a bath, or coaxing a burp, she is extremely good at what she does. Danielle stayed as our baby nurse until February 21 they were 11 weeks old and much to our amazement she has kept them on a consistent routine that they are sleeping nearly 12 hours straight at night.
We have really enjoyed having her with us and highly recommend her. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information on Danielle.

I am writing this letter in regards to Allie. Allie worked as a caregiver for my triplets, one of whom has special needs, during the summer of 2009 when they were only months old. Her duties as a caregiver included direct childcare, all nursing skills, and all household chores relating to the children. Some of these duties included laundry, dishes, preparing bottle, administering hourly medicine, changing/sterilizing my child’s trachea, g-tube, apnea monitors, oxygen machines, and doing nightly breathing treatments. She managed to complete every task on time, independently, and efficiently x3.
I found Allie to be extremely responsible with my children, attentive to their every need, and an independent thinker; Allie took the initiative to make sure that tasks were completed and was able to anticipate issues with my children on her own. Allie also managed her time wisely, never leaving tasks unfinished until the last minute. She never left without a duties undone or a task unfinished. She always made sure that each child was being loved as much as the other was.
I was very impressed with the care that Allie gave my children and always felt so comfortable with her being there in my house with my family. I highly recommend her for childcare in all other households.
– Father of Triplets
I would highly recommend PINK newborn services and Terri to anyone looking for help after their baby/babies are born. Terri was with our family until our triplets were four months old and we could not have done it without her. Terri provided 24 hour care during the week and helped us to get the babies on a great schedule right from the start.
Terri is very caring, competent and loving in what she does. She offered advice but always let us make the decisions which I really appreciated. She has many years of experience and never seemed to be overwhelmed in any situation.
It was an absolute pleasure to have her in our home during such an exciting time in our lives, she became like part of our family. Even now, I feel like I can contact her when I have a doubt or question about the babies and she is happy to help me out.
I welcome anyone to contact me or my husband for a reference. My triplets are happy babies, laid-back, and great sleepers and feel that Terri greatly attributed to this.
– First Time Mom to Triplets
I am writing this letter on behalf of Molly and my experience with her as our baby nurse. I delivered twin babies via c-section at 37.5 weeks and had a very tough delivery that required me to have 5 blood transfusions and an extended stay in the hospital. When the babies were 7 weeks old, our family relocated to Cleveland, Ohio. I have a husband that travels an exorbitant amount of the time for his job and hired PINK to help me acclimate my first month. I arrived exhausted, tired, overwhelmed and stressed out. The babies were colicky and were later diagnosed with acid reflux.
What a blessing Molly was those first few weeks! She was here 24 hours a day for about a month. She helped with everything from unpacking and organizing the babies’ nursery to assisting in getting the babies on a schedule. It was a Godsend to have someone else sanitizing and making the bottles, doing the laundry in addition to helping me care for the twins. She went above and beyond in making sure everything was tidy and organized! This is definitely one of her strengths.
As the month neared the end, I asked Molly to stay on to help just at night and to assist me in sleep training. All the books that I had sitting on my shelf and was far to exhausted to read about how to get your baby to sleep, Molly was familiar with and had pulled the best tips out of all those books to assist me in getting the babies sleeping through the night. She made recommendations that I gladly put into practice from swaddling to sound machines. As a first time mom, it was so beneficial to have someone with sleep training experience on hand. The twins were right around 3 months when they slept through the night for the first time. This to me was and is invaluable! Having twins is rewarding but not without some challenges but I can handle just about anything if I’ve had a good night sleep. For this, I will be forever grateful to Molly. I kept Molly on until the twins were 6 months old using her periodically when my husband was out of town. The twin’s faces light up when they see her. She definitely has a gift with children and I feel lucky that we got to know her. I valued her opinion, leaned on her knowledge and experience and hope to stay in touch with her, as I know her future is a bright one.
– The C. Family
I am writing this recommendation for a caretaker that practically saved my life and my marriage, Molly.
After I brought home my second preemie daughter from the hospital, it became apparent that my husband and I would not be getting much sleep. The baby was up every one or two hours and sometimes would not go back down. Within a few weeks of sleep deprivation, I developed severe postpartum depression. It was then that my husband and I realized we needed help. And it was Molly who came to our rescue. She would arrive on time every night, ready to go. She would watch the baby throughout the night and would have the baby dressed and packed for daycare, all before I could even make it down to breakfast. She was so soothing, not only to the baby, but to me. She was very compassionate and understanding. She immediately put me and my husband at ease.
We used Molly several nights a week and were so pleased with her work that we even brought her along with us on a family vacation in Colorado where she took care of both of our daughters. Molly’s presence made the trip so much more enjoyable, I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I would urge any new mother who is having trouble adjusting to crazy sleep schedules or who has multiples to splurge on Molly’s services. She is a true lifesaver. We were sad to see her go.

Terri worked for us as a newborn specialist shortly after we returned home from adopting newborn twins, a baby boy and baby girl. They were about four weeks old when Terri came to help us manage through the nights. From the moment that Terri arrived, she fit right into the family. The thing that I remember the most about Terri is her thoughtfulness and how comfortable our family was being around her. She pitched in no matter what time of day it was, even though she was only hired for the night shift. At those early stages of having twins, there is nothing better than someone who is experienced and willing to do all she can to help. And, that was Terri.
She was extremely caring and compassionate with the twins. And, she had them almost sleeping through the night before we knew it. She was very patient and was able to provide expert advice on feeding the babies and how to stretch their feedings through the night. For the weeks that Terri was with us, we got a lot of sleep at night, which we were quite thankful for.
Also, we have a five year old daughter and Terri was terrific with her. She always included my daughter in activities and I would find them talking and playing together during Terri’s free time during the day. I thought that was very special.
I would highly recommend Terri to anyone needing a newborn specialist. She was the best!

It has been a dream since my second son’s baby nurse since he was born on February 11. Arriving the day he was born and stayed for a total of 12 weeks. As I sit here and write this recommendation for her, I cannot begin to express my utter gratitude for all that she did for both me and my whole family. I am beginning to tear up as I write this letter of recommendation because i cannot express enough the joy and passion I feel for this woman on
a professional and personal level. She has touched the hearts of my entire family forever.– Second Time Parent
My daughter is now nearly 11 weeks old and is a dream. I owe much of this fact to Pink. Now that I no longer need night services, I miss having her around. She is such a pleasure and I feel like she has become part of the family. I know she has developed similar relationships with her other families as she still keeps in contact with many of them. I really feel like she loves my daughter as evidenced by the many pictures she has taken of her to have for herself. And, she often called just to see how E. was doing if she had a doctor appointment, a rough night’s sleep, or if she wasn’t feeling well.
– Happy PINK Client
She would arrive every night on time and would be ready to care for the baby or to sit and talk with me when I was having a rough time. She seemed to have a sixth sense for knowing when I needed her for helpful advice or whether she should just pick up the baby and give me some space. In this regard, and many others, she was a gift from god and true life-saver.

She is a true professional and what a call a “Baby Whisperer” because she is so experienced that she can calmly take care of every situation that arises with a smile and a gentle touch. She stayed with me for the first four months and helped me find a housekeeper and a full-time nanny to take her place. She has also agreed to come back and do this all again next year when my second child is to be born. I highly recommend Pink as a newborn specialist. Further, I welcome any pertinent inquiries regarding Pink Newborn Services and will speak freely with anyone contemplating the need for a newborn specialist.
This is a letter of recommendation for Pink Newborn Care Specialist who came into our home for only 3 days but most definitely made a lasting impact. We contacted Danielle because our 4 month old son was having some sleep problems that we felt needed to be addressed by a professional. From the moment she stepped foot into our home, I felt completely confident that she would be able to help us and she did. She created a detailed feeding and sleeping schedule creating a more predictable day, which he is still reaping the benefits of. As a result of her assistance, our son is a happier, well-rested baby. I truly believe that we could not have accomplished this task without her. I was so impressed with her knowledge of child care and her confidence in what she does. I have already recommended her to several people that I know and will continue to do so. I feel that I have made a lifelong contact in Pink and know that whenever I have a question or concern about my son, I can call, text, or email her and she will be able to assist me. She is a rare gem and we are so very fortunate that we had the privilege of working with her.
To say she is wonderful and amazing is not an exaggeration. She was instrumental in caring for my daughter so I could recover. The morning after she worked the first night, I thought I was still dreaming when I awoke. After a peaceful night’s sleep, I went downstairs to find my laundry had been washed, the dishwasher had been run and emptied, my house was straightened up, my bottles were cleaned and sterilized, and formula had been made. And, all the while she took excellent care of my daughter. To this day, I still refer to her as my “night fairy”. I literally feel like she saved my life during this difficult time in my life.
I would go to sleep each night knowing that Madeline was in good hands and I would wake every morning knowing that all of the baby chores would be taken care of. As the baby was already dressed and packed for the day, all I would have to do is pick up the baby carrier and diaper bag and off we would go. There is no way to express how easy this made returning to work for me. And for that, I cannot thank her enough. She has since moved on to another family and my husband and I were very sad to see her go. However, it makes me happy to know that She is out there making the life of another family so much easier. I highly recommend Pink to anyone as I feel that she was the biggest force in keeping my family happily together while we were struggling through my bout of depression. She is a very responsible, trustworthy, caring, mature, and kind individual and I wish her well.
When we first met, her warmth, confidence, and love for babies was apparent. My first daughter was a good sleeper but I could not seem to get my youngest to settle at night or nap as well. She had many good suggestions for helping her sleep and made a log to keep track of her feedings, activity, naps, and diaper habits in order to establish a schedule for her. And, although She is a firm believer in keeping a schedule, she is not at all rigid. She is so relaxed and calm and my daughter just melted in her arms. Her favorite time with Pink’s Newborn Care Specialist was bath time. She would spend time massaging her with lotion and play soft music to the point that my daughter was in such a relaxed and blissful state I was incredulous!
Being that this was my second child and that I already have an active toddler at home, I agreed (after much debate) to find a baby nurse this time around. I never had a nurse with my first and now realize what a mistake I had made the first time around. She did so many things to not only educate us, but to support our family through the first tough weeks of bringing a newborn home. She cared for our baby 20 hours a day, seven days a week for the whole 12 weeks and never showed signs of being tired. She also served as my postpartum doula, making sure that I was rested, ate appropriately, assisted in breastfeeding, and even helped me go shopping for some new post-baby outfits. In regards to the care of our infant, she is by far the most relaxed, caring, patient, smart person I have ever met. She took care of every aspect of his care during the entire 12 weeks. She was able to schedule his day (keeping detailed records) so that by the time she left he was sleeping 8 hours in the night. When the baby was 4 weeks old, she traveled with our family to Florida for a 3 week trip and made the vacation a joy. She packed, traveled with the baby in her seat, and made sure his transition in the new environment went smoothly. She is also a wonderful resource for new products and online information for the baby. Anytime I had a question or concern about the baby she would research answers in books or online to discuss with me. I felt like no question or concern was unjustified and her knowledge of the care for children is unsurpassed. Even now after she has left, I feel that I can give her a call when I have a doubt or concern about the baby and she is happy to talk things through with me.
At the age of 47, becoming a first time single father was a little scary to me so I decided to take the advice given to me by my fertility doctor and find an experienced and qualified Newborn Specialist well before my baby was to be born. After numerous interviews around the country, I finally met her and I knew instantly without hesitation that she would be the perfect match for me and my newborn son. She presented herself professionally and asked me many questions – her concerns for my baby were always undenyably at the top of mind and her warmth, confidence, and love for babies was apparent. During the coming months while my surrogate was pregnant she offered advice and even sent me a list of “must have” newborn items and an entire baby registry which was very helpful to me since I had no idea what I was going to do with a newborn or what items were needed for his care. Just after the baby was born she arrived at my home and began getting everything in order for the baby’s arrival. Once the baby was home from the hospital she immediately began showing me all the things she was doing and the importance of a journal and a schedule. While I slept without disruption, she was up at night feeding the baby and taking care of all of his needs. She had my son sleeping from 7 PM to 7 AM with no interruptions by 8 weeks! She also had the house running flawlessly and all of my baby’s needs met with perfection.
What more could one ask for when looking for someone to care for such a precious little life? I would highly recommend Pink as a baby nurse or Newborn Care Specialist. Further, I welcome any pertinent inquiries regarding Pink.
One of Pink Newborn Care Specialist came into my family’s life as our Babynurse six weeks after our second daughter Madeline was born prematurely. This was around the same time I began experiencing postpartum depression. Not only was she coming into my home to help care for the baby during the night, she was also caring for me during one of the most difficult times in my life. My husband and I are both well educated professionals and thought that we could handle the pressure and stress of raising a second child by ourselves. However, when my postpartum depression hit, we realized we needed help. So, we did some searching and came across Pink. We were so lucky to find such a trustworthy, wonderful, and calming professional that we can’t thank enough for truly saving our life and our marriage.
When my husband and I plan to take a few vacations over the summer, we have already called her to come back and look after the baby. I trust her completely and feel that I can leave the baby in her care with no worries. I welcome any prospective parents to please call me for a reference. She is one of a kind, a true professional, a wonderful caregiver and a friend. I recommend her fully and feel truly lucky that she came into our lives.”

We wholeheartedly recommend Pink as your Baby Nurse and Newborn Care Specialist Service. Our newborn care specialist stayed with us for 2 weeks of 24- hour care for our baby soon after he was born. She was a tremendous help to us. She took care of all things baby related and even went above and beyond by helping with anything else that needed to be done at home. She was able to jump in and do whatever needed to be done without being asked. I especially welcomed her immense knowledge about and experience with babies. Even though this was our second child, I learned so much about keeping our little guy quiet and peaceful. She has a way of connecting with people – our toddler took to her immediately. Most importantly, I was able to get some much needed rest at night to keep up with both boys during the day. Having her here has been a great benefit to our family. If we need additional help with the baby in the coming months, we will most certainly want her to return without questions, as she has been a part of our family now and we will forever be grateful for all of her wonderfulness. I highly recommend Pink to anyone looking for help as they were lifesaver for me and my husband.
Caring, patient, dependable, loving and dedicated are just a few of the words that could be used to describe the woman I called Mom J; a woman who devoted months of her entire being to me at a very important time in my life.
Pregnant for the first time, I found myself desiring something more than your typical labor and delivery experience. My ideal became an active pregnancy with a labor and delivery that would be as natural as possible. I longed for a midwife but really didn’t want to change my care from the OBGYN I knew so well for years. I read about a doula, wondered how I would ever get one and then decided that it was beyond my reach. Then it happened, a friend of mine saw me pregnant congratulated me and asked how I had been dealing with my experience. Two minutes later I didn’t realize how much would change. By expressing my desire for an experience where I could keep things as natural as possible in labor and delivery.
While my actual labor lasted 2 days and included a delivery that lasted over 3 hours with the use of forceps to delivery my baby, I would not have endured as well without my doula’s constant assistance. While laboring at home she made herself available to me continuously, staying up all night to provide me with one on one attention. The exercises that we had been doing during pregnancy strengthened me during the pushing phase. When I nearly broke down emotionally after my OB suggested I get an epidural so that I could rest a bit, She helped me to remain calm and to think of my body and my baby.
Now four years later the thought of her work with my family and I, still fills my heart with joy. I recently gave birth to another little girl and during that experience I was able to utilize the labor and breathing techniques that she taught to me. I will continue to thank my doula Ms. J aka Mom J for her expertise, love, commitment and attention. I recommend her before, during, and after pregnancy. A doula is a wonderful support and she will always be a special part of my life because of the role that she played in helping me to stay grounded and strong even when things got rough.
I first contacted PINK in a moment of crisis. At the time, my twin boys were five weeks old and due to the fact that they were barely sleeping (and on different schedules), I hadn’t slept in weeks. I literally was on the edge of breakdown. Although I had reservations about letting a stranger into my home to take care of my babies while I was asleep, desperation drove me to search for night nurse services. Divine intervention led me to PINK.
As soon as I started reading the PINK website and the testimonials, I started crying… I knew it was the help I needed. In fact, in my first voicemail to Pink, was crying so hard, I could hardly talk. Pink called me back almost immediately and went right to work finding me immediate help.
Two nights later, we had baby nurse #1. When she walked in the door (with my husband and I holding two screaming babies at 10pm), all my concerns about strangers in my house were alleviated. She was professional, clearly knowledgeable, and took charge – exactly what I needed. I learned more in 45 minutes about good baby sleep habits than in days of trying to find answers in books. The babies slept better that night than they ever had, and I slept soundly too.
Thereafter, I had several PINK infant care specialists provide night and daytime help. I was very pleased with all. Pink was eager to accommodate my changing needs. One infant specialist, S, became a very special part of our lives. She started with our family providing night services but transitioned to daytime care. She was with my boys from about 5 weeks old to 5 months old. She was not only highly qualified, but also passionate about babies. She made our lives easier by taking up extra baby-related “household duties” without me even asking, such as making sure the formula powder was measured out for the days she wouldn’t be there. There are no words to describe exactly how fantastic she was, except to say that I felt that she loved our boys as much as we do, and she enriched their lives with her care.
I would highly recommend PINK to anyone who needs extra help with their babies, and I would particularly recommend any Pink Newborn Care Specialist to any family!
